- The neighborhood ponds are not property of Cabin by the Bluff - no fishing, please.
- Bluffs provide incredible views but have a very steep drop. Be very careful as you walk near the bluffs. Some, but not all the bluff areas are roped off.
- Ladybugs are a natural part of our region's ecosystem and are especially common during certain times of the year. While we do use professional pest control services, you may spot a few inside - nature's friendly visitors!
